If you are just getting started with eDirectGlass or an recent update has caused your settings to revert to the default Internet Explorer settings, please follow this guide to get up and running in no time!






1) From any web browser, go to https://www.edirectglass.com/downloads/eDG_Trusted_Sites.reg

2) Your browser will download the file to your Downloads folder.

3) You may see the following at the bottom of your browser. If you do see the downloaded file, click on it.

4) If you do not see this at the bottom of your browser, go to your Downloads folder and double-click on the file there.


5) After you double-click or click to open the file above, you will receive the following message. Click on 'Yes'.


6) Once the settings have been uploaded to your computer, you will receive this message, click 'OK'.


7) Back in your web browser, go to https://www.edirectglass.com/downloads/eDG_Trusted.reg 


8) Your browser will download the file to your Downloads folder.

9) You may see the following at the bottom of your browser. If you do see the downloaded file, click on it.


10) If you do not see this at the bottom of your browser, go to your Downloads folder and double-click on the file there. 


11) After you double-click or click to open the file above, you will receive the following message. Click on 'Yes'.


12) Once the settings have been uploaded to your computer, you will receive this message, click 'OK'.


Now close all instances of Internet Explorer and then re-open it and log in to eDirectGlass.


That's it, you have now configured Internet Explorer for eDirectGlass to work properly.
